Control the spiration And see that breath is wasted not; Bind it tight, Dam the source of Kundalini at Muladhara, Lock the chimney up in the mouth; Bolt the cavity above with thy tongue's tip And sit erect in yoga Samadhi No more shall be death for you.
இம் மந்திரத்தின் பொருள், மேல் ஆதனம் கூறிய விடத்துச் சிங்காதனம் கூறிய மந்திரத்தின் பொருளே மேலும் சிறிது உறுதிப்படக் கூறுதலாய் இருத்தல் கண்டுகொள்க. `கேசரி` என்பது சிங்கத்தின் மறுபெயராதல் வெளிப்படை.
