சோர்வில்லாத அந்தணர் அவியைச் சொரிந்து வேள்வி செய்தவழியே, மழையும், நிலமும், பல நாடுகளும், திசை காவலர் முதலிய தேவர்களும் குற்றம் அற்ற சிறப்பினைத் தரும் பொருளாவார்; அனைத்தும் வெற்றி மிகுதற்கு ஏதுவாகிய வேதமும் முதனூலாய் நிலைபெறும்; அது செய்யாதவழி அத்தன்மைகள் யாவும் இலவாம்.
